Oh gosh do I ever feel horrible that I don't remember her name! My mum brought my son and I here when we came visiting for his March break all the way from Elliot Lake! Walking up, I immediately thought about how cool the entrance was.. Walked in and BOOM.. The flipping most welcoming and absolutely beautifully aesthetic interior is what youre first met by! Then the bubbliest, most caring waitress sat us in our booth ? She catered to my 7 year old son who is Autistic, with absolute love and admiration and made sure every step of the way that his dietary needs were met and I genuinely could not thank her enough because it can be tough finding something for him on restaurant menus that you don't have to completely rework for him to have.. But they made us feel like they wanted my li'l dude to have an awesome experience there as well! You can tell the food was made with passion and love and genuinely.. I even talked about how beautiful a small wedding would be there as well! The staff, the atmosphere, the food, the quality that they hold overall.. Coming from a small town, Elmvale definitely shows us up when it comes to the passion, love and dedication to filling your belly in the most wholesome way.. Love my town, but would love y'all in my town LOL The Original owners of this place would be very proud with how y'all have continued their legacy! I will definitely be coming by everytime we make our way down and definitely somewhere I will bring all my friends and family ? Thank you for the amazing experience! I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but my li'l boy has had that bunny from the treasure chest attached to his hip??

Went for the Wednesday Wing Night Special and definitely the best wings I've ever had. The service is exceptional and our server Marika was very pleasant, personable and attentive. Thank you Marika and the cooks at Stealers.

This is the spot, take it from me a fat guy that loves Good Food & Cold Beer, this is where I'll heading to always. Steelers Restaurant has lots to offer from appetizers to desserts, this warm inviting place exceeds all my expectations every goddam time! The Wings & Burgers are my go to, and having almost everything on their menu I couldn't believe the cheep pricing for what you get. The portions are pilled high, always falling off the plate, its almost to much food. The place has everything you need from a family dinning room to a little side bar/upper quiet zone that leads you to a good size summer time Patio with a cool little Taki bar for the ball games. I have been coming here for 2 years now and the waitress's are always happy, quick, friendly & always ready to serve you, never a wait. They even have that small treasure chest full of toys for the kids, so cools..Parking: You can away's find a parking spotWheelchair accessibility: I personally don't need this at the moment, but this Restaurant is well equipped for any of those needs.

Their breakfast is great, have only had it a few times. I've probably tried just about every single one of their soups, they're consistently delicious leaving me to come back for more. Their wings are real, and they do a great job at saucing them up. As well as they have really decently priced beer! And my favourite thing about this place is whenever you order a burger they write Steelers in mustard; or at least they did while I was there! They also have a huge outdoor patio!

Had wings. A wing had a feather on it. Grossed me out. Wings were dry and not hot. Won't have those again there. The turkey dinner was good the last time. I will stick with that. I appreciated 1/2 off of bill.

This is a cute, small-town feel, restaurant with a lot of charm. The TVs were playing Nascar, and the walls have a lot of nice pictures on them. Fairy lights and patio lights adorn the trusses. We ordered the Canadian burger, Poutine, Deep-fried pickles, and Battered Pike. The burger was piled high with toppings (in future I'd skip the relish and mustard) but the meat still seemed a bit dry.Poutine was made with thick beef gravy was almost too rich but the cheese was perfectly melted and tasted great despite not being proper poutine cheese.Deep-fried pickles were perfectly crisp and the coating was crunchy and dusted with dill. The battered Pike was fantastic, perfectly done, but the side tartar sauce was a little too much relish for our liking. If you are going through Elmvale, I'd recommend stopping in for a bite.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheelchair, but the entrance doesn't feel very wide, and I'm pretty sure there was a bit of a lip at the front door. I seem to remember a ramp going inside, and while there is a second level only accessible by steps, there was a number of tables on the main level.

Food was great and the service was awesome. The old rustic chairs are very bulky and uncomfortable. Time for an upgrade. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Kid-friendliness: -Another trip to Steelers last night. We had Marquita as our server. She is very friendly and efficient. Food and atmosphere is amazing. Really large portions of food. Very welcoming and friendly place. The owner has nailed it. Don’t change a thing.

Chicken quesadilla was top shelf.Wait staff was friendly.Atmosphere, cottage like. But my burger was literally hard, made the day b4 and reheated. Our fries were barely lukewarm, bordering on rubbery.2 waters, no booze.55 bucks with tip.Enjoy, bcuz I won't be anymore.Disappointed....I should have read the reviews.

Ordered for takeout. Perogies, 2 soup of the Day (Lasagna Soup) & 2 Chicken Caesar Wraps.Perogies - no flavour or seasoning. Very soggy. Cold.Soup - was supposed to lasagna soup…there were next to no noodles and lacked salt. Overall flavour was pretty good but it was definitely not a lasagna soup.Chicken Caesar Wraps - we asked for our chicken to be tossed in hot sauce. It was not. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. Not great at all. The fries that came with the wraps were soggy, ice cold and had no salt/seasoning whatsoever. This whole meal was super disappointing. Not to mention the take out bag not being packed properly and the soup went everywhere. We are new to Elmvale and had good hopes but this was so disappointing.

The price of 16 chicken wings (or whatever they were) was not worth $25 +. Especially for the very small pieces my dining partner and I got. So, for 32 wings between us (16 each), over $50 was a joke. It will be a long time before I return to Steelers. Okay, the food portion taken care of, service started off reasonable, but while we were still eating and drinking, our waitress kept interrupting and wanting to bring us our bills. Not once but three times we were interrupted, and we still had our food and drinks on the table and still eating and drinking. This didn't bode well with either of us. It was reflected in nearly no tip!!The atmosphere was enjoyable, but I wish our food and service were as enjoyable. Overall, I will probably scratch off another restaurant(yours - Steelers)off my list of places to recommend or even return to.It's a shame that you will be on my Google reviews along with the Country Diner as a place to avoid.

Awesome homestyle comfort food served at this cozy joint! Steelers is a local favourite in Elmvale. Pleasant service, yummy food, and a lovely atmosphere.Food is classic and familiar - nothing that blew me away, but totally hits the spot. We enjoyed the Breaded Broccoli Bites as an appetizer, and the Liver & Onions and Lasagna (daily special) for mains.Parking on the street or at the municipal lot a few steps away.
