Subway is amazing and this subway is great! I got the teriyaki chicken sub and you have to put sweet onion on that and chipotle southwest which makes it a game changer. Also, they did not skimp on the meat, they load it up with a bunch of meat and cheese along side with veggies. Definitely coming back to my local

The Subway in Erin provides a decent sub experience. The sandwiches were tasty and up to the usual Subway standards, which was appreciated. However, the overall ambiance leaves room for improvement.Upon entering, it was immediately evident that the premises could use a good cleaning. The tables were noticeably dirty, which is a bit of a letdown when you're looking forward to a nice, quick meal. We ended up wiping down our own table before eating, which shouldn't be part of the customer experience at any dining establishment.Staff were polite but seemed preoccupied, possibly contributing to the lack of cleanliness.The food itself was good enough to keep this from being a negative review, but the overall experience was marred by the condition of the restaurant. Attention to basic housekeeping could easily elevate this to a higher rating.If you're just grabbing a sub to go, this place will meet your needs. But if you're planning to dine in, be prepared for a less than stellar environment.

Lady never listened and when we repeated ourselves it was yeah yeah. But didn't do what was ask. I asked for lots of lettuce there's barely any on it. Can't even taste the sauce. My hubby got his toasted he laughed when we got home can't tell the difference between mine non toasted and his toasted. I'll get my subway fix in dunnville. Erin sucks. Specially when they don't make it how you want it and just yeah yeah you..... very disappointing

Don’t waist your money, the manager is “never wrong”. First she lets her children run in and out of the back of the store, so who knows what their contaminating. When mentioned she did not care at all that it was a concern. I told her look at the bread, it’s not toasted and she calmed “because u order extra sauce what do you expect?” Umm, I expect the white bread crust to turn a little brown when toasted. Which there it’s NOT, AND the chicken is always cold. Half the time I throw it out because I’m scared of food poisoning.When I told her I won’t be back. She told me “good we don’t want you here”THATS UNPROFESSIONAL.Don’t waist your money. This place should be shut down or put under new management

The new prices are hilariously bad. I recently tried the new Subway menu, and I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed, especially with the new prices. Paying $17 for a sub sandwich is simply outrageous. The value for money is extremely poor, considering the quality and portion sizes. The ingredients seemed lackluster and the overall taste was underwhelming. I expected better from Subway, but sadly, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I won't be returning anytime soon, especially with such steep prices for subpar sandwiches.

Seventh time going to this subway, disappointed every time always such a huge line and only one worker every single time… subs are made so sloppy and carelessly. Needs to be fixed one of only food places in Erin ontario

Very bad customer service. They close 30 mins before advertised. Ordered 2 subs and person behind me ordered 1. They moved that person ahead of me. Huh.

Went there today on Saturday..let down by your service. The girl who was serving, please change your gloves she's making subs right away after receiving cash. Her behaviour was rude, loud and improper. Vegetables in the paper not in bread.. Woooow
