This place will get your order wrong. Charge you for things, claim you didn't order it, take your money for it and get upset with you when you call them out. Come on, it's a small town. What happened to customer service. It's the only cheap coffee place in town. Why should I drive 30 min to get a coffee?

Some of the workers are alright, but others are just plain rude. But the biggest issue would be how many times they've screwed up my order. I asked for a chocolate glazed donut the other day and they gave me a honey crueler like how in the world do you manage to screw up that badly. Consistent issues with said store.To add to all of this I was recently in to get just a coffee. The lady at the drive through screwed up and charged me 25$ then in the process of fixing it she managed to give another customer my refund. Pure chaos.

Staff should be retrained specially girl working on drive through i was sitting and on the backseat and she was shouting at my friend in punjabi why he is taking so much time and much more and please request to the owner we are live in brampton we know punjabi very well.Have some respect for everybody

this Tim's is 24hr on the hwy but drive through only.....no accessible washrooms overnight. terrible for traveling
