Haven't been here since covid and I believe there's been a change in ownership. Although the meals (I ordered large oxtail and large jerk chicken) were delicious, the customer service by the lady behind the counter leaves a lot to be desired. I accidently paid by credit card and in her defense, theres a sign which says: cash or debit only. I asked her to refund me and i can pay with debit. She was not friendly, arguing with me that she already told me only debit or cash and now theres an extra $2 charge. There's a way to treat your customers and this isn't it. Lost me as a customer for good.

Came here for my 3rd time, the first couple of times were really good and good portions. I've been buying the small oxtail and today wow. Not even worth the $19. The portion size is so small, I got it with a salad as well. All my visits have been at least a week to 2 weeks apart.

Their stuffed sandwiches are sub 10$, which I find is good value for lunch in this economy. When they are fresh, the patties are among the best in the City. Keep up the good work

They have the best beef Pattie’s. It’s just so buttery and delicious.Write my review above 6 months ago and today ordered the same thing and it was half the portion and mostly stew not meet. Over time it’s smaller and smaller portions for the oxtail but increase in price.

The staff at this business are outstandingly professional.Witnessed an individual come into the store to order. Immediately this individual was wildly disrespectful. Staff had every right to insist he leave. Rather, they avoided conflict, stayed professional and took the high road. I would have expelled this customer from the establishment if I were in such a position.Beyond impressed, will be back in perpetuity knowing these great emoloyees are running the show. The food is always incredible, but great staff round out a phenomenal experience.

Bought a Large Goat Dinner. It was way too salty, why they seasoned the goat meat that way is beyond me. Threw away the meat and ate the rice and salad.?what a waste!
