PSA(Because the Owner refuses to do so themselves as they indicated on the phone that they "run a busy store and don't have time to sit on the phone to do this.")Hopefully this prevents others from the confusion of trying to follow Google Maps to this Shop. This Coffee Shop is dine-in or take-away ONLY for clients and tenants of the Food Terminal. The Shop is inside the Food Terminal which is "Controlled Access" only and is not accessible nor open to the general public. The only service available from this coffee shop to the general public is if they order via a Food Delivery Services (I.e. Uber Eats.)The fact that this is not listed anywhere on reviews or sites referencing the Bill Maur Coffee Shop is disappointing. To find out the nature of the "Food Terminal," one must dig through the Food Terminal Website and read through all their FAQ's to review access to the Food Terminal.

Inedible. The food tastes like it’s made of cheap ingredients. The pancakes fall apart and taste like they are made of a ready pancake mix from the grocery store. Save your money and appetite and go to another breakfast place that pays a chef to make things from scratch. The “maple” syrup you get is actually table syrup, not maple.

Definitely not as advertised, it's more like a dingy diner, has character but the photos are misleading. Cash only. I thoroughly enjoyed being the only woman in the terminal hah.
