Terrible Chinese lady working there at the cash register today, March 13, 2024. She first accused me of not telling her that I ordered 2 meals then she yells at me saying I didn’t pay. For the record, yes I told her that I ordered 2 meals and yes my credit card payment went through. The only thing that happened here is her terrible English communication and the fact that she wasn’t paying attention the whole time. This lady needs a serious customer service training. Also, please pay attention on how to perform your duties so you don’t accuse customers of not paying. In addition to this, they changed their containers. Quite smaller than it was before, therefore, foods are lesser. You’re almost like paying a premium for an ordinary Chinese food. Not impressed by the price and the less quantity of foods they give. Not recommended.

Worst Bourbon St.Grill location.. I couldn’t even try a coconut shrimp before eating?? They said they only give samples for meat… I always go for bourbon st.grill, but this one is by far the worst! Also compared to the other ones, servings are too small.

This is a take-out restaurant in the food court at Sherway Gardens shopping centre.The portions are generous and reasonably priced. They serve a wide variety of items.I had the Fried Shrimp as a side dish (1/2 pound … approx. 12 pieces of shrimp). It was very delicious (and not oily). I highly recommend trying the Fried Shrimp.I will return to try their other items.

Food is decent. There's a wide selection, and portions are quite generous too.Overall though the food can have more taste. Most of it tastes the same. I must say that the staff are very rude and impatient. The lady who was cashing me out was getting very impatient when I was taking a bit of time to get my cutlery and sauces from the front. She was rudely asking me to step aside and help my self so she can proceed with the next customer. They were also not at all helpful when I asked them questions about the dishes that were available

The area is clean and well designed.I ordered Combo 1 (Sherway Mall).The good news: The food was delicious and good portion.The bad news: The rice was overcooked and sticky which I didn’t like it. Besides, the food was a bit cold.
