If I could give half star that would be great. Worst place to go to drive thru. If you have a big order they want you to back up the car or go around again it's like they don't want us to see what they are doing. Or it a new law you guys have we can wait by the window? If you tell them no you won't do it. They mess up the order and give you nasty attitude. Please Burger King see who you're are hiring. This Saturday March 30 2024 it was a young Indian gentleman with a very nasty attitude. Need to learn how to treat customers.

I recently ordered a veggie burger combo and specifically requested extra mayo in the sandwich and ketchup on the side. However, the burger was completely dry, and they didn't include any ketchup packets. Additionally, I asked for a diet coke with the meal, but they gave me Nestea instead. What kind of customer service is this? Why can't they provide what is asked for?

I placed an order on Uber Eats but I can’t modify the condiments on the app so I’ve tried calling them 5+ times and they don’t pick up the phone! What’s the point of even having a phone number for the store if you’re not going to pick it up ! The last time I ordered I had the same problem so i asked the Uber driver to hand the employee his cellphone for me to be able to talk to someone there and they said they’ll change the burger but that it was the last time that they would do it because they had already made it , how am I supposed to ask you to modify the burger prior to you making it if your don’t answer the phone!!! This is unacceptable! Never had this problem with any other restaurant!

Really really bad service …waiting for them to take the order for 10 minutes and then again waiting for the order for 15 minutes ….Reallt bad service despite having too many people on the shift

Got the vanilla milkshake and the BK style McFlurry of BK Blast. $3 for the blast with smarties and $4.29 for the small vanilla milkshake. Both are very similar texture, not sure if the worker knew the difference. Sizing wise… I got ripped off with the BK Blast so that’s great.

It was good, the lady gave us Crowns to all of us. We were a group of 9 adults, all of us co workers sharing lunch time.We don't need to wait that much for our burgers.

recently visited Burger King for lunch and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Whopper with specific modifications, requesting no onions and no tomatoes. Unfortunately, despite confirming my request, my burger was completely different from what I ordered. Upon inspecting the burger, I found it to be unappetizing and not at all what I expected. The quality of the food was subpar, and I was unable to enjoy my meal. I didn't realize the mistake until I was on my way home, so I didn't have the opportunity to return to the restaurant to address the issue. Overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied with both the food and the service provided. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at this Burger King location. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I don't know who works at night, but the whole staff needs a upgrade. They are all friends from from mangement to grill. They do weird things like spit on your bag and give you what you don't ask for on purpose. Ive been coming here for years. but who ever has been working here for the past few months is ruining everything. Dont trust these guys, just make a sandwich

Subject: Nightmare at Burger King - Owner's Fault, Store Should Be Shut DownMy recent visit to your establishment was nothing short of a horror show. The Original Chicken Sandwich I ordered was served on a Whopper bun without any warning that it was sold out. It's disheartening to see such spooky decisions being made, and I can't help but believe that the owner is to blame for this nightmarish experience.The lack of transparency and the spine-chilling substitution left me questioning the integrity of your entire operation. In my opinion, such ghastly practices suggest a serious issue at the management level. It pains me to say this, but perhaps the only solution is to shut down the store until these terrifying issues are addressed. I sincerely hope you take immediate action to rectify this situation before more customers experience this haunted dining nightmare.

15 mins in drive thru with 2 cars in front. Seems like they only take one order at a time. Was asked to reverse after paying to "reset timer". This location was pretty good now it is horrible.
