I walked in for take out order..Line up at the front desk as it wasdinner time.The hostess..called Daniela one of the managers..she came out in minutes..customer oriented,pleasant and efficient..It was such a pleasure dealing with Daniela.. and the hostess.thank you for the warm and welcoming ? smile. I ordered the Tune Poke Bowl..healthy and delicious.

SO disappointed in my recent experience at this cactus club. I initially loved this location despite the notoriously slow service however watching how unprofessionally the manager handled a full glass of sangria being dropped on the birthday girl by a waitress who was obviously having a bad night I definitely won’t be returning for another birthday. The first response to an incident like this should not be arguing with a customer who just had a drink poured on them!

This place is so beautiful, fancy and with a nice atmosphere, food, drinks, cocktails are amazing. Steak+ mushrooms and avocado deep highly recommended. Customer service is excellent, a piece of advice. Please book in advance to avoid waiting for 1 hour to get a table.

This location is much better than the Downtown location. Our server, Tony, was amazing & took such good care of our table. 4 as we were celebrating our anniversary & he made us feel very comfortable & made our distill night even better. Food & drinks were amazing. Thanks Tony!
I visited Cactus Club at Sherway and had a frustrating customer service experience. As a customer who's been regularly visiting cactus once in two weeks for years, I'm extremely hesitant about visiting this location again.The moment we got seated, we had no server checking in on us for 15 minutes. After I grabbed one waitress's attention, she said that this wasn't her section, but she could help us. She went missing for a while and when I saw her, I grabbed her attention and was able to order food with coke and a cocktail. We didn't get any drinks for another 15 minutes, and had to ask for some water. My cocktail was served by a different staff shortly and we were still waiting for some coke at the moment. I had to look for her and asked her to see if we could get some coke and then she blamed the bar staff for not serving us, but she can bring the coke for us. She also didn't check in on our food and never offered to refill for water and coke. Then another waitress showed up saying that because the first waitress who was assigned to this location was leaving because of the shift change, she would be helping us. I saw the waitress who'd been helping us for the first half for another 1 hour since the second waitress took over. At this point, I was not even sure if this wasn't even her section to begin with as she was helping the table next to us as well and kept on walking back and forth near our table. The second waitress was attentive and friendly.Overall, I heard a lot of blaming others from Taylor, the waitress who served us for the first half of our time there, and unnecessary lies that were made up which is something that I never expected to experience at a restaurant, especially at Cactus.

The Szechuan chicken wraps, butternut squash ravioli and dirty fries (a secret menu item) are SO good! The music can be a bit loud but overall I love this place! Just wish the ravioli wasn’t so expensive for 6 pieces.

Needs some work to be recommended to others, chaotic service with overwhelmed staff, food was hit and miss with some burgers dry and overcooked others juicy, the table next to us sat for 2 hours waiting for food that never arrived...venue looks beautiful but if only the rest of the experience were the same!we did eat at the downtown First Canadian Place location a couple of times and that one seems to be better run with not the same subpar food quality or crazy service situation

Service was amazing. Our server was so friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She made our time very enjoyable and always checked in to make sure we were good and helped celebrate my partners birthday with some cheesecake. Overall the food was good. We were a bit let down by the Chipotle chicken tacos. We went there with these in mind to eat as the description days "chicken pineapple cilantro and avocado crema" but there was other items on the taco random crunchy things that hurt our teeth and made it not enjoyable and almost no pineapple. Like 2 little giblets per taco... pineapple was the reason we ordered them so that was disappointing. But the drinks, service and atmosphere were great. Will certainly go back for happy hour.
