I was very pleased with the food and this restaurant being using ONLY Halal meat. Since it was Halal, I was able to give it a shot and try their chicken samples as well. I end up getting fish with fried rice which also had some noodles as well. I would say that it is great fusion that they have created with Caribbean and Chinese food. Friendly folks, delicious food, reasonable prices and generous portions. My only qualms are that it isn't authentic Caribbean food.. it's definitely Americanized Chinese food so the name of the place is misleading. Secondly, the noodles are quite bland. However, I will be back. :)
