Great food. Great portions. Great prices. Really nice owner. I quite enjoy the old school feel. Nothing fancy needed here as their food is delicious. T-Rex Combo which included 8 ounce burger, boatload of fresh, hot fries and a drink.

Hi pvcrazyforfood viewers, I visited Chubby's Fish & Chips place which is located in Etobicoke, Toronto region. This shop is more than 50 years old and it has survived so many major events and its still running. This is very good. So I ordered Haddock and Chips and I also ordered Crispy Chicken Burger with Fries. So it's an old restaurant but it's clean and staff is good. Order was prepared fresh and it was served on the table which is really amazing. If you want then you can sit next to the kitchen and you can enjoy your meal. Haddock and Chips portion were very good and they charged me around $17 for Haddock and Chips. Crispy Chicken Burger with chips was also good and they charged me around $12.00 for that. Portion size was really good. Food was also good and over all I spent $40.00 for 2 items. I gave them 7 out of 10. Came to try fish and chips with a friend and never seen such friendly people. It felt like we were guests in their house. Food was amazing and portions were great for the price as well. Will be back!!
Ordered a 20 dollar souvlaki on a bun and came on a hot dog bun, I asked for extra tyziki sauce and got non at all so made a very dry sandwich. Never again!!!

Typical hole in the wall in a sketchy plaza, but the food was quite good. Been coming here for years for their fish & chips. Starting to get a little expensive with the Halibut & Chips around $21. Still a go to place for me in this end of Toronto.
