Okay /good food. The service is horrible. Today I got to the store at 5:45. No one was present at the store. I located the Indian guy (one of the employees) nearby the store chatting away with someone else. In the meanwhile I got food from Jimmy the Greek, finished it, and the guy still busy chatting. He went back to the store sometime around 6:20. That was not the first time that exact scenario happened. Several times prior he was closing shortly after 8pm. Short take on that is that the restaurant has a pretty good offering, but hiring losers will erase that success in an instant. PS I also observed at least 10 people waiting by the store while I was already sitting eating my food.

I made a visit at the salad bar today for lunch. Firstly, the lack of an advertised sauce for the salad was disappointing. The chicken, seemingly not freshly prepared, had a cold and stale taste, which was not specified on the menu that’s served cold. Moreover, my dining experience was further marred by the presence of a long hair in the meal (which i was sure it was not mine as I don’t have long hair). Although the staff replaced my order after I notified them, I found that the lady at the salad bar failed to acknowledge my concerns, not even offering an apology, while the gentleman, who was understanding, promptly replaced my meal. This stark contrast in customer service added to the mixed experience. Consequently, my overall experience at the salad bar was far from satisfactory.

After some a long day sight seeing and then some quick shopping at the mall, we wanted to grab something at the food court. I chose Cultures because I was craving some fresh vegetables and they did not disappoint.I ordered the Mango Oriental Salad with chicken, and service was prompt and delightful. The salad was huge and filled with perfect fresh vegetables at a reasonable price.The food court was clean, tidy and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this spot.

Couldn't order because I walked up only waiting to be addressed for 5 minutes and finally told they were closing when the mall was still open and there was 2hrs left till closing totally unacceptable.

After a week-long vacation, I was feeling like I should try to eat healthier for a little while. So when I found myself at the Sherway Gardens food court, I figured it was a good time to finally give the Cultures kiosk a shot.I can never say no to a burrito, so obviously I had to order the Power Plant Burrito ("Brown rice and quinoa, cilantro, red cabbage, and shredded carrots with sriracha vegan mayo on a whole wheat wrap"). During its preparation, I was told that they had run out of cilantro so he was going to substitute romaine lettuce.It's not the best. I mean, I ate the whole thing but would I say I wholeheartedly enjoyed it? Not especially. The ingredients are fine but it's pretty tasteless and dry. And I feel like the cilantro might've given it an extra much-needed burst of flavor.I can't envision myself ever ordering from Cultures again, especially when Chipotle is right there.

I got the chicken avocado wrap at Sherway Gardens food court…. But where’s the avocado??? Didn’t even taste the tomato… not happy and will not order from this place again. $10.60 wasted?
