The quality of treats is good, the service is usually pretty good, occasionally it's a little slower. The inside could use a bit of updating, maybe even some bar seating inside by the front window so it doesn't take up too much space inside.The only other thing I could say is that this location needs to get the updated system so customers can collect points and redeem rewards/coupons

Went last minute to pick up a cake for my 3 year olds at home cake. They had so many design options. Very cutely decorated. I was impressed. I thought I would have to get a plain cake but there was a lot to choose from. The ladies at the location were very sweet and helpful also. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the location considering it’s been at the corner of Islington & Albion for such a long time. I’ll definitely be back to this location!
You aren't able to redeem your rewards or online coupons here because they claim they don't have a scanner. Ridiculous way to prevent people from getting a free treat they earned by making purchases.

Awesome experience. It's a retro DQ in Etobicoke. Small parking lot that's full throughout the summer. Small ordering counter with fridges for cakes and ice cream products and no dining room. Small patio out front. The drive thru moves well and the orders are accurate. You can pre-order custom birthday cakes, just give them about a week.

I had such a great experience with Sofia, she was a teenager and was super helpful, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist me. I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend Sofia, she exceeded my expectations at Dairy Queen and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
