Like so many others, I'm sad to report this location is *horrible* when it comes to quality.When I ordered a recent pizza it was *very* burnt. The manager offered to give me a free pizza to cover for the burnt pizza, which I went to pick up. the replacement pizza was...also very burnt. Picture attached. The incident seemed like a bad joke.I'm never ordering from this place again. I've given this location plenty of chances but it's clear now from the terrible quality of the service and food that the owner of this franchise is cutting corners left right and center -- I shudder to think of what that means for cleanliness and food safety.

We just ordered and picked up 2 medium 2 topping pizza here. The pizza doesn't taste good or fresh. I will email head office to complain so they are aware that this location is cutting corners with their quality. I would not buy from here ever again. I think this location is cutting corners with their quality and ingredients. We usually order from Markham or Jane location in North York (1906 Jane St, York, ON M9N 2T8) without any issues. Even my 5 years old daughter who loves eating cheese pizza said the pizza here tastes bad and refuses to eat it. We always order pizza each week at Domino's, Pizza Hut and Pizza Nova. This is the first time complaining about the quality of the pizza at Domino's and where my daughter refuses to eat because of the poor quality.
