Well I truly wish I could share my experience although this has nothing to do with the actual firehouse subs store I just wanted to vent on here about that good for nothing Uber eats app after placing an order on April 17th I'm disabled and on ODSP. 25$ is Alot Of Money!!! Not to mention that I had to go to bed that night with no food in my belly cuz I hadn't bought groceries so I had to go the night with no food in my belly next time going to contact head office complaints department because this is absolutely ridiculous driver had no proof no picture no nothing the driver could eat it on the way to my house lol not happy at all whatsoever and I would never recommend this app to anyone ?

I just had an amazing customer service experience. I was eating and I had Ally (worker there) come to me and ask me if I need anything. She went on got me a drink of water, and kindly took my tray for me. GREAT SERVICE.

I been to this store as a uber driver and i told them the order and they gave me one bag and after that when i reach the customer they call me and said that they forgot to give me the other bags and want me come all the way from the location of the person and when i refused they give me poor ratings to impact my account this was totally unfair they put blame other’s for their own mistake.

Not sure what happened usually I go and my sub is filled with tons of meat we got two sandwiches and both were the same. Normally this location is always good and the sandwich is packed with meat because it’s what they’re known for..especially for the cost of a medium sandwich I would’ve went back but it’s out of the way to go back by the time we’re home.

Firehouse subs is elegance and freshness in a bundle. The establishment is immaculate and welcoming. Subtle aspects of the fire force such as the equipment and the tools gives off a firehouse vibe. First time around it was Kush who helped me around the menu. I went back for seconds and Rupinder helped specialize my order out to with bell peppers and spicy flakes. I trued the pastrami reuben sub and the firehouse hero. The former taste like coleslaw and hot meat on a sub and the later taste like a 3 meat sub. Both were very appetizing and seemed like they were made with care.

As with any chain food establishment, they started strong, then quality declines a bit, and prices increase. They actually forgot the cheese on my steak and cheese sub. Shame, they had a winning formula for a while. The staff is very friendly and this location is very clean.
