Honestly this was kind of ridiculous. I ordered the Oaxaca bowl through uber and there was no sauce. I called to see what they could do, and the only option was to come pick up a new bowl (which wasn't an option, hence the Uber eats order) or a bogo which is insane because why would I spend another 20 dollars for a messed up order. I asked for an apology and they hung up on me. Love freshii but this location is not it.Also no hot beans in my order which I paid extra for.

Good food, but the parklawn location refuses to pick up the phone because “they are too busy”. The supervisor tells me that management has asked them not to pick up calls when busy - which doesn’t make sense, because they don’t stop taking orders in-person when too jay, so why stop by phone?

I went to Freshii the first time and I got the spicy Buffalo bowl. After trying it I felt it was spicer than I thought I could handle and wasn’t able to have more than a few bites of my bowl. Henery one of the employees was able to remake me another bowl much milder! I definitely would be back again and appreciate the great customer service and enjoyed the food as well

Sebastian and Jenny are awesome, such great customer service and the food is delicious especially for a healthy option. It’s always my go to when I’m too tired to make dinner. Jenny is the best when it comes to me being indecisive and she always has great suggestions regarding the menu and different options. Highly recommend this place!

Great location for some convenient, tasty and healthy food. I was served by Jasmine, who was incredibly friendly and had the warmest smile. She was very polite, and left me feeling great about my purchase. Highly recommend this location for their fantastic salads and smoothies!

This is by far the BEST Freshii I've been to in Toronto or Mississauga. The freshest ingredients, largest portions, and the staff are incredibly friendly. This is definitely my go-to Freshii no matter where I am in the city.
Freshii is doing so poorly at this location. They are understaffed, it takes really long to even put your order in. They are trying to keep costs down but to be honest the customers are unhappy. The wait is so long that I regret even buying my salad. I’m writing this review while I wait for the order. Very unorganized, a waste of time, and just disappointing.

Smallest portions of any Freshii I've been too....Very cheap on using dressings so you have to buy extra....and when you try to buy extra, like I have a few times...they never seem to have the proper lids for the container. So they say they will put extra on the salad....but never tastes that way, yet I'm still charged for it. And when asking for a large soup...they usually only have enough for a small..... and when this happens, they should at least tell the customer for an extra $1.50, they can get a pocket with it. I asked the guy, after I ordered if the soup size was the same if I ordered the combo with the pocket....but he shook his head No...so i thought it would have been smaller....only to find out afterwards, it is the same size container......he just didn't feel like changing the order, and helping a customer out.....or being truthful. This Freshii Location is not what it should be, unfortunately....they just don't seem to care

I’ve been coming here for years and the guy today decided to charge me extra for salad dressing cause I asked to mix lemon juice and olive oil in 1 cup. Told me he couldn’t and I would have to buy an extra dressing to continue my purchase. NonsenseWho eats a salad with just lemon juice! Train your employees

A little disappointed. Ordered a lemongrass soup after discovering it's available on Freshii's menu (and a quick fix for my craving). It seems like they've updated the serving size to 16oz now however, it's a lot smaller than expected (similar to the regular soup size at Tim's). Guess I should've read the other reviews also stating concerns with portion sizes..In regards to the taste — it was good but not really an actual lemongrass soup._______________________________________More on Instagram: @6ixstreeteats

I would say must go to this place. Employees were very kind and food was awesome.Everything was available and quick too. It was great experience. The ambience is very charming and welcoming. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and they did great recommendations for me as i am very picky.Thank you so much.Would love to come again.
