the food was alright , but all the menus I found online are old , out dated and prices are way more expansive than what was advertised . An order that used to be 60 + tax costed me a 100$ . not sure I will be ordering from there again .

Extremely tasteless, overpriced. This was the worst Chinese food, I have ever had. The egg rolls were inedible. The chicken fried rice was horrible. The chicken balls were all the worst I have ever had.

This place has been open for ages.. i am 40 i remember eating here when i was a kid (8-9 years old). They're chicken fried rice is the bomb, well was the bomb. Need to make a trip back to my old neighbourhood to check this spot again.

It said 8.95 for a Singapore noodle in their menu and when she rang me up she charged me 12.50 and claimed food prices have gone up. Well I suggest you change your menu pricing and honor the pricing on there rather then changing it when I'm ready to pay. It tasted like food you get in a food court like in yorkgate mall but charges like.high quality food. You can get the exact quality noodle on Weston road for 6.50 for the same.noodle. dissapointing. I don't like it when businesses raise the prices when to said something different on the menu. It's principal of the matter. Won't be back. It doesn't help when all the tables have been removed and I had to eat it on my lap. Charged me like I could dine in but ate it on my lap.

The noodles were spoil the shrimp and chicken smelled rotten....the Cantonese sweet and sour chicken.. not sure if that was chicken...waste of $40.25

Best experience ever from first order to date and will not look elsewhere. Friendly and food is fresh and delicious ?I've tried numerous chiness restaurants which were ok but Gardenia is by far the best ? hands down.

Very hard to find any tastier food than this one. I tried many other chinese restaurants in Toronto, even the most famous, more expensive ones and the ones with excellent reviews but I ended up really disappointed with the flavour. I have ordered from Gardenia House during maybe more than a year and it's still the best in flavour, affordable prices and super nice, friendly people. Their food never got me sick like others did, I'll stay with them.
