No washroom. Sign says ‘don't ask’. Although website lists it as an amenity Portions are large. Prices are in the zone but not the cheapest in town. Convenient location.

Very tasty Chinese with huge portions

Have been going here for 17 yrs. Tried other Chinese food restaurants closer to home now and then but the quality wasn't as good. Portions are big and last a couple of meals. Variety is great as we have different diets in the house. Worth the drive for us!Vegetarian options: They have a vegetable section on the menu but we tend to order the triple mushrooms (decadent). The eggplant is great, as is the broccoli dish and the veggie lo mein is good

One of my favourite Chinese restaurants! The food here is consistent, fresh, and tasty - I really love it. My favourite dishes are the Ginger Beef, Gyoza, Chilli Chicken, Cantonese Chow Mein, Ken Ken Fries & Wings, and Wonton Soup. I think the price is a bit higher than what you pay for at other places, but the flavour really can't be beat. Definitely worth it for when you're looking to treat yourself!

The food was extremely good, freshly prepared and served piping hot. Staff were nice enough. Sit in or take out. The atmosphere has a hurry up and leave vibe. Pretty busy take out service.

Found a finger nail in my food which I sadly ate. Owner at least drove to me and gave me a full refund but will never forget it

Gourmet Express is our go to place for Chinese food takeout. The food is always fresh and portions are generous. We've never been disappointed with the quality of the food. The service is good too. We usually phone ahead and by the time we arrive our order is waiting for us.

A great place to order food with very reasonable prices and quality ingredients. The fried rice comes in different varieties such as with chicken, beef, shrimp or just plain. They also serve some very nice noodles, ribs and egg rolls, among other meals. This place easily gets five stars from me, you should give it a try!

Huge portions and great food...except. l usually get noodle dishes such as the Spicy Thai Noodles. Not that spicy, but you can ask them to kick it up a notch. Delicious and too much to eat. But this time l had a rice dish. Only complaining about the white rice. It was inedible. Very dry and undercooked. Had to revive it by taking it home, killing it with butter, adding water and microwaving...then it was good. Could have been a one off, but be wary of their white rice dishes

I have been going to this place since they have opened. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, the food is good and the prices are fair! Since the pandemic though, it has become more of a fast food take out place rather than a restaurant.
