Location is neat and clean and staff are friendly. My double with cheese was a little tougher than usual but still delicious. The typical Harvey’s quality and taste to be expected. Would recommend this location.

We decided we wanted to have Harvey's for dinner so we placed a order to get it delivered. We ordered 2 burger combos that was to have 2 oreo shakes with the food. We got the food but no drinks what so ever yet it was on the reciept saying was to have 2 oreo shakes but was none. We talked to the delivery driver and he said he asked when picking up the order if was any drinks with it and was told only the food.Not sure who was the person in charge on Jan 21, 2024 but who ever got the order ready and can't double check the order before it goes out for delivery should be fired. How dare we order food and pay for it and have you more or less pocket money from people because you can't get a order right. Not sure what is with the Harvey's restaurants in Etobicoke area but you guys suck. you need to Scarborough to learn from them, the Harvey's there sure do alot better job. This is not the first time we gave you guy's a chance and now won't be trying no more.

Made the way you want it? Barely. Very stingy service that barely gives you any toppings or napkins. They hide the serviettes behind the counter.
Burger and pouting was amazing. Price is up there but way better option than McDonald's for about the same price.
