Tried the fish and chips today what a mistake.the advertising pictures of the meal make it look delicious but in actual fact the meal didn't deserve the one star I was forced to give it minus 5 star would be more appropriate the fish batter was dark almost burnt a store bought frozen battered fish would be better the coleslaw was a teaspoon full why bother the chalet dipping sauce was too salty they had the audacity to charge $18 plus tax for this dumpster garbage .Never again and Swiss Chalet please stick to chicken

The washrooms or absolutely disgusting.The walls were dirty. The floor was dirty, awful odor.Needless to say, did not order anything from this place.I wonder what else is not up to standards in this restaurant.Definitely avoid

I am very pleased with the young lady at front window drive thru. She is very patient and polite. I like my food hot and fresh and Steffie ensures that my food is accurate and fresh. This customer service makes me come back for the enjoyment of food and excellent service! Thank you again

I will never go back to this horrible location. I paid and only after I paid did the staff tell me I would need to wait 45 minutes for my “Fast Food”. I might as well have gone to a restaurant with all that time they think I have to spare. I have never experienced such horrible customer service ever. After waiting patiently without any complaints for a full 45 mins I would have expected an an apology at the very least. I see the other reviews from a while ago have the same issue so clearly the owner does not care and you can see this by the owner asking people to fill out more time wasting surveys instead of actually trying to make things right at this location or with the customer. Horrible and we deserve better as customers who support your business
