Joey Sherway has one of the best food menu and I was really impressed with the food quality and how it’s served. I had been there with my colleagues, everybody had a great time and really enjoyed the food & vibe. Mediterranean bowl, Tuna poke bowl, Herb Crush Salmon, hand pressed burger are a few items I do remember having there, and it was delicious. The people serving us were very friendly and kind. Really appreciate their work! Ambience is beautiful!

April 19, 2024, was my first time at Joey's. It was very busy but they have lots of searing downstairs and upstairs. The wait staff was nice. The food came quickly. The basketball game was on, and they had lots of tvs, so you could watch. This place is very trendy. I would not say it is family-friendly. Lots of people in 20s to 30s. Young kiss would not like it. Not too much space for high chairs, and the food doesn't cater to them. I had fish tacos, which were good. My friends had a smash burger and a beef sandwich. Everything was cooked well. I think the head chef even came to our table to deliver some food that's just how busy it was. Overall, I'd visit again. I'd probably go during happy hour as the drinks are on the high side.Parking: Parking is the same as the mall.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Isles are not spacious enough for wheel chairs or strollers. And the 2nd floor has a lot of stairs. The washroom is on the 2nd floor.

First time ever stepping into any Joey’s & I can comfortably say Rubina and Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure our group of friends had everything we needed from the moment we stepped in. Greeted with champagne & smiles. Because of their exceptional service I am officially making this the company’s go to spot for any outings. 10/10 service, food & vybz! Thank you Rubina & Rebecca!

At the front reservation desk I was not given a table regardless of several empty tables. I was told to sit at the bar. Shortly after, empty tables were assigned to incoming guests.I felt the hosts in the front were judgemental and not welcoming. However, the bartender was extremely friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable.I decided not to order food since I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed and went next door to Cactus.Thank you for bartender for being friendly.

Everything I ate and drank was delicious. Everyone I was with enjoyed their food and drinks. The server was friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back. However I felt like they were rushing us. After dessert we were planning on getting more drinks before leaving, but the server asked us for the second time if we wanted the bill now. We just said yes and ended up getting drinks somewhere else. We got the vibe they wanted us to leave so they can seat other people.
Food was great. Overall the service was decent. Our waiter was friendly, but quite "forgetful". Drinks weren't delivered and a dessert order was missed, etc.

Not sure I will return to this location… we had come in for lunch, the hosts were kind and inviting and having to wait for a table wasn’t an issue. We were offered complimentary champagne while we waited. I’ve been to many MANY Joeys before and this is my 2nd time here. Our service started out promising but definitely fell short. Lunch was just slowing down so he certainly wasn’t too busy; there were visibly only 2 other tables he was catering too. He brushed us off a lot and didn’t do a quality check, the manager did. Didn’t see our server again until the end and that’s when we were paying he finally tried to make an effort to talk to us (only making conversation for a tip?). Food seemed a bit over cooked and below average, the service wasn’t great and felt more uncomfortable than anything, definitely a waste of $ — regretted it instantly.
