DISAPPOINTED. Came to K&B expecting a La carte. They forced us to get all you can eat. Then threatened to add an additional charge for not finishing our food. The waitress emasculated my boyfriend and forced him to eat four cheese wontons or else they would charge us for not finishing our food. IF YOU LIKE TO BE PUNISHED PUBLICLY this is the sushi spot for you. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Really Bad Service and Birthday Totally RuinedMy birthday dinner at K&B Sushi Etobicoke was a disaster.We booked a table for 10 people, but the waitresses were so mean. They made us feel really bad and unwelcome the whole time.They were slow and didn't seem to care about us. They kept forgetting our orders and were rude when we asked for help. It felt like they just didn't want us there.To top it off, my partner had planned a surprise birthday cake for me. But one of the waitresses ruined it by asking if they could bring it out – right in front of me! It was supposed to be a surprise!I wouldn't recommend K&B Sushi Etobicoke to anyone. The waitresses made my birthday celebration a nightmare. It's so disappointing that what should have been a happy day turned into such a bad experience because of them.

This all-you-can eat sushi place is close to mand has really fair prices. They offer a good variety of sushi, though I wish there were even more options. The timing for serving all-you-can-eat dishes is a bit hit or miss – some come out fast, others take forever.The staff are generally upbeat and helpful, but one server seemed really tired. She kept putting our food way far on the table and didn't look like she was enjoying what she was doing. It could've been better, but overall, we'd definitely come back again.

This sushi restaurant holds a special place in my heart, as I’ve been visiting for years with both friends and family. And with each visit, I’m reminded of why I keep coming back – the incredible sushi! The establishment wouldn’t take my word for it when I told them that my child is 12 years old and they proceeded to charge adult price and told me to come back to verify his age with his ID so that they can charge the difference. How ridiculous. I was even showing his school emails to show his grade.

I have had bad service at restaurants before but this place was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life I was dining alone I first ordered a wanton soup and cheese wonton they got the soup wrong and I had to ask twice about the cheese wontons she brings it and just tosses it and goes to the next table the 3 times I ordered they keep forgetting something and coming back being rude when it's their fault . like i mentioned before dining alone at a big table the waitresses just tosses my dishes on the furthest end of the table not even looking at my table I wasn't even full but just wanted to get out of there I ask for the bill and pay exact amount no tip and waitresses talks so loud asking where is the tip at that point I was already fuming and left worst place ever I do not recommend them and their food wasn't even good either I wish there was negative star ratings because they do not even deserve that one star .
