I put an order in after waiting an hour and a half for my food the order didn’t go through but was charged after many attempts to contact them they were so rude and hanging up on me. Will never be ordering from here again and still waiting for my money back.

So I went to this kfc after ordering on the app. I ordered the zinger sandwich box and they forgot to give me a dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken. Also I asked (AND PAID EXTRA) for cheese and tomato on my sandwich and received neither. When I complained to kfc support about this they auto replied to me with a free popcorn chicken to make up for this terrible service. NEVER GO TO THIS KFC IT SUCKS. Thanks for nothing Mr. Sanders

The food is great but the restaurant inside is completely messy. Dirty tables, garbage everywhere and they had the air conditioning blasting and it was -10 outside. Staff should deffentity clean up more.

This is the first kfc that I know of that created there on chicken pieces, I’m not gonna this is the craziest cost cutting measure I’ve seen. They cut there chicken thighs in half and consider it 2 pieces. When you bring it up they change it but what kind of practice is

Went to KFC craving a sandwich, and I was really looking forward to that extra mayo I paid for. But guess what? No mayo on my sandwich! I had to ask the staff, and they just handed me some on the side. Seriously disappointing. No wonder this place's ratings aren't great compared to others. Couldn’t get a simple order right!!The only thing good about the place it was clean.
I visited this location about 2yrs ago when they opened, and gave a one star review. Thinking they might work better than 2 yr ago, but I was wrong. Terribly slow in service for anything. It’s 5:00pm and they have 7/8 people working and can still take upwards of almost 10 minutes before they take your order and then wait another 15 minutes to get your food... crazy... would not recommend this location at all!!! This is always the worst KFC that I visited.

Rajeshwar service is topnotch. He should be be the employee of the month. He is always smiling and he is very polite. There was a long line up I was there for about 35 mins waiting for my order and I noticed how he served everyone well. I had to ask for his name to give a review because people like him are rare.
