The green curry here was delicious! I got the lunch special and got a lot of food for a great price. The staff even gave us a free dessert (deep fried banana).

Absolutely delicious ?. We walked in today for the first time asked the friendly girl what's good. Honestly the pad Thai is so tasty. And the other dish was a minced chicken with rice and..... And guys omgggg the flavour was amazing the fried egg in tip and the fish sauce yummmm like no words... Forgot to take a photo.. Will have again.

Our table of 2 came at 3 PM on a Monday, no wait for a table. Service was quick and friendly, we were finished within 1 hour. The interior is clean, low-key & quaint. We ordered the pad see ew lunch special & kao soi. Both dishes were flavourful & well seasoned. The chicken kao soi had a good amount of dark meat chicken in it. Portions were reasonable, we both left full. The lunch special is a great deal! Look forward to returning in the future to try out other dishes!

I hate to do this, but this is the worst Thai food I've ever had in my life. Bland, tasteless, and all around disappointing for the 80 dollars of hard earned money I spent. Pad thai had no taste, pad se-ew had no taste and the beef was tough, and the medium spice basil fried rice I had asked for was not spicy at all, and again bland and tasteless. Coconut shrimp was 16 dollars and came with 5 shrimp that were not good at all. Spring rolls were also bad.

I love the place, the service is nice and polite. The food here is delicious and good pricing. At the end of my visit here the server gave my table fried banana ball for free and it is so good. Definitely would come back and also recommended for someone to visit. It is a small place tho so cannot handle big group of people (like more than 5 or 6)

Best Thai food I have tried in Etobicoke. Food is very fresh, flavorful, well prepared and ample portions. I enjoyed my veggie stir-fry with tofu and will definately be back to try the curries. Friendly and helpful service and high quality of food worth the price, wait and drive.

Absolutely amazing food! The food was so tasty and fresh. The service was great! True hidden gem. I had the Tom Ka soup, basil stir fry, and deep fried bananas.Vegetarian options: Almost every meal had the option to do it with veggies alone

Stopped in for lunch special this past weekend and really enjoyed it. Food was very well portioned (I had chicken pad thai and mango salad), delicious, great value for the money, and service was prompt and friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you live near or are visiting the New Toronto/Longbranch area

Solid Pad Thai and the best spring rolls paired with mango salad I've ever had. Will definitely come back again.

This place is a lowkey cute little restaurant. We love the Thai green curry and the chicken from here! The ice tea is also Soooooo good. The last time we came, the portions were a little small for the price. Would recommend to do a takeout and eat dinner by the lakeshore!

The name changed to Thai Jalearn but the store still looks the same and so does the food. Barely see a curry pad thai on menu so I decided to give it a try! You will be surprised

Ordered takeout from here. Not only was it ready super quickly, but it was delicious! The pad thai was the best I've ever had and the panang curry was really tasty with just the right amount of heat. Will go back again and again! Highly recommend

TAKE 2 May 28th***The manager called me and apologized and offered to remake the food. Allowed me to come back a week later to try again. They indicated they had the wrong noodles and it was a different cook. The will recook the meal with the owner? The Pad thai was 10x better not clumped and tasted like how Pad thai is supposed to taste. The Pineapple fried rice was less curry and tumeric tasting and had more vegetables and tofu also cashew nuts(later 2 ingredients were not in the dish 1st time). Plus there was nice amount of pineapple in the rice.I have updated ratings to 4 stars and do endorse the Pad Thai. This was very good. I COMMEND the restaurant for taking the initiative to make it right. Thank you! My advise is that if the owner is not cooking the food quality should not diminish and should be consistent. Once again thank you Thai Jalearn2.My first update...I ordered Pineapple fried rice , shrimp chips and Chicken Pad Thai.... the Rice was more like Yellow CURRY pineapple rice?!!! It did not at all taste how rice is supposed to taste. NOT what I was expecting. The Chicken Pad Thai was all gummed up like it was sitting there- with chick sliced on top. This was NOT fresh, as all noodles were broken and wilted. I arrived 1 minute before pick up, so even if I waited 15 min It would not have been that congealed. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy supporting local places, but it becomes hard when you get this level of food. Usually, every Thai place I have ever ordered, food and packing were pristine- the issue usually was not enough food, to which I understand, but sloppily made food, I suspect it may not have been the normal cook. it was still edible but did not have the Thai flavours we are used to.

This use to be our go to place for Thai food not anymore! We use to live near the restaurant and get take out when it was the old name, however we moved and ordered Uber eats. Boy has this place changed! We ordered 2 dishes medium and 1 spicy the 2 medium dishes were hotter than the spicy. All dishes were inedible and not enjoyable the only thing we could eat was the rice and we’re no wimps with spice. This was the worst experience I’ve had with Thai food, I’ve been to Thailand and had the authentic food and it’s not as hot as this. It’s a total shame this place has gone downhill as we loved the restaurant, I guess it’s time to find a new restaurant.Ps I’m glad I ordered from Uber as they instantly refunded the order! (Which was late)
