So we've ordered here before and had no issues. Today was another matter.I tried to use Uber Eats app only to learn that they didn't have any dark meat. We cancelled the Uber order and called Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen directly (which runs Krispo). This was 6:40. The woman on the phone said the order would be ready by 7 pm. I got there at 7:03. Order was NOT ready. I paid and tipped 10%. Told to wait. I left at 7:42. I waited for 40 minutes AT THE RESTAURANT while at least a dozen other takeout customers came and went. Then I got home. I ordered the Cluck Thrice, Spicy. I received the Cluck Thrice REGULAR and the pieces were tiny (see photo). So I waited 40 extra minutes for what amounted to the wrong order. They've lost a customer forever.

I really enjoyed the fresh warm pita and mezze platters with lebneh hummus and an eggplant dip. The zaatar flatbread was also delicious. Would come back for this. Very tasty

Food is great but service is not. They never ever have food ordered through their app ready for pick up on time. Expect to wait 10 to 30 mins past scheduled time. I’ve had on a couple of occasions where I go at the pick-up time to the counter and they started cooking. Of course I want my food fresh and that’s not the issue - I’d like to have my food ready for pick-up, at the time I order it for for once.

Best chicken sandwiches in GTA! However inconsistent at times ( over done chicken or stale)Update: been very inconsistent - raw chicken served.

A big fan of the wicked sandwich and the spicy waffle fries. I go here all the time. Speedy and excellent service!Update: not sure what happened to this place but the quality has gone way down. The chicken is raw in the middle and sandwiches are poorly assembled. It was good while it lasted.

Excellent value and food. Service was good and would definitely recommend for Middle East food.

Came in with old memories of their "world famous hummus" and rolled myself out after trying all the things. Seemed understaffed: though every server was friendly, and we were one of two tables of guests, service was fairly slow. But the food? Excellent. Lots of vegan options, and since I couldn't decide, I chose the veggie platter, which apparently was meant for 2 people! Falafel, marinated cauliflower, moutabbal (eggplant, tahini, garlic dip), tabbouleh, 2 giant, steaming pita puffballs, and that world famous hummus. Amazing. My guy had really good chicken shawarma that came with a garlic dip and nothing-special-fries. (They added a small hummus for his enjoyment). We ordered 2 non-alcoholic drinks from the summer menu; both were super refreshing and fruity: Raspberry Mint something and Sparkling Berry Lemonade. This impromptu afternoon meal reminded us to put Paramount back in the rotation of places we go to often. TIP: There's a big tented patio if you're so inclined.

Chicken was hot, fresh, crispy and made to order, but unfortunately not a lot of flavour.

The bucket flock with 3 sides amazing.

I got the 2 chicken and spicy waffle fries and it was the worst thing I've EVER had in my life. It had a weird smell and the I took 2 bites of the chicken and spat it out. Trust me, don't get it.

Lots of food but very salty chicken and fries. Could've been the batch I got but still disappointing. Overly fried as well. Disappointing for a good name like Paramount.

It's a very good chicken sandwich. It has a nice big piece of meat and not too much batter; just enough to make it crispy. It has a very good spice level and also a sweetness. They leave the skins on the fries which I've always loved and I would have this meal again.
