No matter what roll you order it’s mushy and slathered in spicy mayo. We ordered 4 different rolls and they all tasted the same. I’d give it a 1 star BUT… We ate it all so I don’t even have a picture to post.

friendly service, the salad dressing is amazing the owner won't reveal her secret sauce to anyone but ask for extra to dip your sushi in!

Made a late night take out sashimi dinner order on Thursday night. The fish (tuna and escolar) was not fresh at all - I did not eat half of it. Even at the lower price point I would not recommend and definitely will not return.Even worse, they ONLY accept cash AND charge tax.

I picked up food for my wife on mother's day. I went to this location because it had a rating of 4.5 and I feel I need to personally bring it down to a realistic number... This was the fishiest tasting food I've ever had...the miso soup: fishy. The green salad: fishy. The edamame: fishy. I can't tell you how worried I am about possibly getting sick from this. I know this is a sushi restaurant and how ironic it is I'm calling it fishy but this fishy flavour was clearly pungent from cross contamination. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Half of it went into the garbage and the other half was reluctantly eaten but not enjoyed

I tried in the town.Still like it Spoon and fork,Simon, Gohyang,Tokio sushi, they all good on their way,but this one pardon me are unique testing, rich ingredients, yummy ?.Reasonable price, lovely friendly owner Emmi always treat us with something beautiful complimentary free from the menu.Even I ask her for miso soup ?, wild waiting for order, she didn't charge any extra.Very generous, not over price ,always fresh rolls, anything I order from the menu, yummy, healthy, delicious !Highly recommend ?

This place is a very cozy spot nestled on Kipling and Evans. Use to stop by here on my way home because their food is so delicious and I would always be greeted with a smile and feel welcomed by Amy. If you haven't tried going to Kumo Sushi, if you're on the fence, hop off, go in. Today's the day. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Absolutely the best Sushi I have had. Flavourful. Huge helpings of wasabi and ginger. Delicious dips and seaweed in my Miso which I rarely see! The fried calamari are the crispiest I have ever had and their crunch lasted through delivery and well into my meal. Wonderful, wonderful. Highly recommend.

High quality food and great selection, lots of creative options too! The family that runs Kumo is always smiling, friendly, and so joyous that it's contagious.Of all the places I haven't been able to visit since covid (I moved) I miss this one the most.

I just saw the owner hand deliver a delivery bag to a waiting customer. She seemed so nice and polite. The customer looked so excited and seemed to be a regular.I will def try this place out!

Me and my girlfriend have been coming to Kumar for a few years now. Amy’s service is incredible and the sushi is amazing. Our favourite dish is the baby yellow tail with jalapeños. This place deserves 10 starts.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME This is my family's go to place for sushi. They're staff is always so nice, and they give complimentary gifts (discount, Soda, edamame) for free. They're stuff is always so fresh. I don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. This is a JAPANESE RESTAURANT. I saw a comment that said it was obviously a "Chinese owned Japanese restaurant" but like no. They're place isn't decorated at all, so don't say that. Would 100 percent recommend
