Friendly service and delicious everything! Currently seated in store, eating a breakfast croissant of egg and bacon with a mocha hot chocolate and it's a lovely way to start my day since I'm mostly asleep. ?
Le Gourmand has been a long time favourite of mine. My friends all know they are my all time favourite cookie in Toronto. Since I was in the area picking up some dinner, i made it a point to stop into Le Gourmand to get my fill. I was a bit worried, Waze said i would arrive at 450p, they close at 5p. So i wasn't sure if i would be able to get any cookies. Usually the Spadina location is sold out long before they close for the day. I love Le Gourmand cookies. I highly recommend the Salted Butter Caramel cookies. Firm around the edges, chewy and soft interior. Perfectly rich, sweet and balanced cookies.The brownie is great. Chewy, chocolatey and decadent. Definitely get one when visiting the store.Parking: Small shared parking lot infront of the store, and or Green P street parking on lakeshore.
