I want to love this place but it disappoints. Not sure what I did to make staff angry but they are usually in a sour mood. Out of the three times I’ve tried to get a cafe crema, I’ve only been successful once. We asked for something for a child and they gave us a cake flavoured with liquor. Uses lots of artificial dye in cakes, my child looked like he was wearing a lip stain after having a treat.I think that’s it for me, will not be returning.

Pastries are good and fresh, but knocking 2 stars off for the customer service and size of the location. The unit is way too small to handle all the business that comes through the door. Customers are literally standing shoulder to shoulder which causes confusion amongst the staff on who needs to be served vs. who has already been served and waiting to pay.Went yesterday (March 30) and the cashier seemed to be rushing customers and employees out the door. At one point, she was standing there while we were waiting to order and instead of her serving us, she started barking orders to another employee who was already running around helping another customer to assist us.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The employees make sure you feel like the only customer in the shop. Amazing pies. I bought their cherry pie last Sunday and it tastes like heaven! I buy their spacatelle bread and long calabrese bread regularly and their breads taste way better than other Italian bakeries I have tried before. Highly recommended bakery shop for bread and pastry lovers!

Best bakery in Toronto for cannoli. The ingredients are very fresh. It was better than the cannoli I had in Boston while I visited there. It was very busy there because they have a great reputation in the area. I can tell.

I came here for the donuts and the first bite was pleasantly satisfying! The texture and taste is perfect and even better with coffee.The texture is like mochi donuts, soft and chewy. The donut is dense! The chocolate dip is thick and adds a smooth texture, sweet enough for dessert but not sweet enough to give you a sugar crash.I'll be back for more!

I recently got the chocolate cake for my cousin's anniversary, and it was an absolute delight! The cake was incredibly fluffy, and the rich chocolate flavor was a real treat. It added a perfect touch to the celebration. The customer service was great! They have a great friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Picked up fish today for Christmas, the owners specifically waited till I arrived before they fried the fish so it would be fresh and crispy for dinner.Thank you the food was amazing and everyone enjoyed it
