You can’t go wrong when you come to Mazeeds. I’m from Michigan and haven’t had chicken fried chicken this fresh, juicy, and tender. The sauces are pretty good as well. It has a very similar vibe to albeik overseas.The owner is really kind and was very attentive to improving quality. Would definitely recommend this ?

I decided to try out Mazeed after seeing the signs and I was pleasantly surprised to find one my new favorite places in the area. The restaurant’s claim of being second to none is very well deserved, not only was the chicken absolutely delicious but the service was exceptional and it is legitimately one of the cleanest businesses I have been in! Combining this with great value I honestly don’t know how you could get much better. I will definitely be returning in the near future, thank you very much for a great experience :)

what to say of this place…just an overall bad experienceThe service was extremely slow…45+ min to receive food after ordering it. Half the menu wasn’t available the day we went for whatever unknown reason. Whatever it is, fast food should not take close to an hour to be served.The food itself…barely edible. The oil the food was deep fried in probably was older than a week, you could smell the burnt oil in the food. The veggies w/ in the sandwich…not fresh at all. Just hot sauce to increase the heat, no real flavour to the food. The chicken itself had probably been left to thaw longer than needed. Just overall not good tasting food…at allThe place itself is built really nice…probably spent most of the budget on the aesthetics rather than staffing and food itself.Will skip next time and go elsewhere.

We saw the colourful board and the big halal logo so it was on our list! So happy to have a clean and healthier fried chicken place in the neighbourhood. The owner is such a sweet and lovely person, he made us feel so welcome. The food was fresh and delicious, their fries were yum too! It was a mix of kfc and albaik (iykyk) with less oil! It’s a must visit place! We definitely will be visiting again!
Appreciate the excellent service and transparency. They upfront communicate a 15-minute wait, yet the delay is a result of their commitment to crafting everything freshly, from the pan to your plate.

Great place for fried chicken and sandwiches!There is a wide variety of items on the menu, some are quite different from what you would see at a typical fried chicken restaurant like KFC or Popeyes.Garlic sauce is a nice addition too and the staff was friendly.Prices are excellent!Would definitely recommend Mazeed.

Last night was the 2nd time that I’ve had Fried Chicken from Mazeed and I have to say their chicken is amazing.The outside is extremely crispy and the meet is very juicy. Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in Toronto.For anyone who is looking for fried chicken I would strongly recommend Mazeed.
