This is our pharmacy since 6 years. They keep changing their staff, and the new crew is the most non professional at all! Even with the pre-ordered referrals you have to wait. They don’t follow up with the doctors for any pending medical, and not updating you. They use the message system only to inform you that you collect the medical …. So efficient!!!!!

There are DEAD fish floating around the tank with the alive ones and it looks like they have been there awhile. It is inhumane and disgusting to see! Take the dead rotting fish OUT!! Inhumane even if they are there to be eaten. At the very least, very disturbing to see as a customer.

Don't waste your time. Absolutely horrible customer service. Needed a prescription filled, I hate to wait so I always call in so its ready when I arrive...but it never is. I need to wait just as if I just showed up. Last 2 times I called and nobody answered the phone on the first 4 calls, on the 5th call they put me on hold for 25 minutes until I finally gave up and hung up.There are a lot of older people in the area who NEED to use this pharmacy due to its location and they treat them poorly.
