What a hidden gem. I'm so glad Nobuya is back. It may be a condensed menu, but the choices are the right fit, and the food is amazing. Went there tonight, albeit colder night. Had to have the pork ramen, which is so flavourful and so filling to warm the belly. Also had to get the chicken Donburri for another night's meal, of course. Chicken is soft and tender. And what would an order be without gyoza, nice, bite-sized little treat.If you want good food, look no further.Oscar

Nobuya is really amazing place with fantastic food, and that is even an understatement. The man behind food, Nobu is unlike anyone I have met when getting food. The man puts his passion and soul into every ingredient in every dish from the time of preparation to the moment it reaches customer hands, and in his presence you can feel exactly how he feels when giving his food. I've heard many gush over his dishes and they are truly divine and never lacking in exactly what you would want from Japanese cuisine, but it cannot be understated as well how wonderful the man behind the counter is.definitely WORTH THE WAIT!

Overall experience was great.I was waiting for Nobuya to open up again to try the food and it exceeded my expectation. Portion sizes are good.Owner is friendly and nice.There was no wait but I came a bit after it open.Food was great and tasty and will definitely go again
Food is really good but waiting time ( I waited for 1.5hrs) and forced tip (min 20% thats what he demanded) makes the whole experience bad.He doesn't give a receipt and takes money in his personal account and still charges 13% for the taxes.I wouldn’t recommend it.

At first the owner of the place was very friendly. After the meal, he said that we should pay the bill by e-transfer, and when he saw that I tipped 5 dollars for a payment of 60 dollars, he didn’t like it and tried to force and persuade me to tip more. He doesn't pay taxes, even though all the money went to his personal account, he asked my girlfriend if she had cash for tips. Not a place I will ever go again!I have never seen such worst customer service!
