Visited in February 2024 and was shocked how the store looks like. It looks like these guys are from the middle of the 60-s last century. It’s dirty, horrible service. We took 2 dried fishes, brought them home, they are rotten. Smells so bad when we opened them. Такой тухлятины я не видел давно!

Have been buying fish from here for at least 8 years. Ran into some bad fish during my last purchase. Returned it unconsumed, the next day. Quietly asked for a replacement, the cashier ladies made a scene, sniffed the fish and claimed that it is perfectly fine. The owner refunded the purchase price and stated that we aren't longer welcome at this store. The price is good, but do not be tempted by it. The concept of 'customer service" is difficult to grasp for the store employees and the owner. They do not stand behind their products. I am still tempted to drop by and buy some fish from them, but one sour experience is preventing me from further supporting this unthankful business.

It was my first time, and the customer service was great. I like the first, and really good and tasty.
Today I was at this place for the first time, just terrible service. The seller is rude and hates her customers. I wanted to buy caviar and fish with my husband, but we didn’t t see that payment was only in cash. I thought the seller would kick us out of the store because we took her time.It would be good for you to fix this, because the store is good with a good selection of products. But as long as this woman works there, I will not return there.

I'm old customer and I visit the store to get fish and what I so I'm never shop again in this place. Wen I entered the store the lady was unpacking boxes on the floor wearing gloves. She asked me what I want and I told her that I need sliced salmon so with her dirty gloves she touched the smoke salmon. I was in shock. I wander wats going on inside the processing plant
