I order from the Papa John's app all the time and pick up pizza from this location. I have fortunately always had a good experience with them and their food. Food is always ready for pick-up within 15 minutes and food is made well and hot. I usually only order pizza and wings and they are always good. I will keep ordering from here.

Called to order a medium pizza, asked what the special was, 1 large pizza with 2 toppings for 12.99$. So I order that for pick up. Once I get to the store i see the specials on the posters....medium 4 toppings for 11.99 or large with 4 toppings for 14.99.When I asked the server why he didn't tell me the medium 4 toppings was a pizza deal, he thought the large with 2 toppings is a better deal!...if someone asked for a medium they should tell them what medium deals are!.

Despite the short history of positive experiences I have had with this establishment (1 past experience), I will no longer be giving them my patronage.I was incredibly disappointed to receive an entirely cold order for dinner, that completely ignored the requested sizes (2L) of beverages, and replacing them with significantly smaller ones( 591 ml) without prompt.The Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites were incredibly underwhelming, cold knots of dry pizza dough, peppered with one or two pieces of diced chicken, and a pinch of Parmesan cheese. They needed some sort of liquid to be washed down, but womp womp, it seems we didn't have the rations to do so, due to the retailers failing to fulfill the correct order.Really upset that an order worth 80$ could be executed so terribly. I wish I could afford to give this establishment another chance, but there are simply way too many satisfactory alternatives in the area to ever consider them again.
