I used to love going to this pho restaurant with my family, but the way they treated my parents recently was terrible.The servers were rude and disrespectful and made them feel unwelcome I just came to know about it and I'm really upset. I won’t be going back there. I regret ever dining at this establishment. I request that the owner prioritise training their staff better customer service, so this doesn't happen to anyone else. It’s truly a shame.

I’ve been coming to Pho House since I was a little kid with my family we love this place!OG Vietnamese restaurant in the Etobicoke area.I always get the pho and crispy shrimp spring rolls.The food is amazing waitstaff fast and friendly.

Met a friend for lunch. I never tried it a mese cuisine. When they brought our food I was amazed at the portions they give. The aie of the soup bowl was twice the size of my head. The food was amazing service was great. Friendly staff. I will go back. And do recommend.Parking: 6 point plaza.

As a vietnamese person I am very disappointed in the quality of the pho. The noodles tasted off which made the broth taste off. I felt like I was eating instant pho as there was no pho flavour. The beef was tough, thick, and tasted bad. They charge for tea which is insane as almost every pho restaurant give you tea for free. Finally they didn't even have fresh hot peppers. They are doing a disservice to Canadians as this isn't how a good pho is suppose to be. $20 for a large pho and I'm not even close to full. Overpriced, please go somewhere else for a real legit pho experience.Warning: there's a ton of fake reviews and owner replying to reviews saying we should have said something. I expect every meal to be the same, if your dish is small, taste bad or too salty then that's on you. You don't tell people to complain about they way you guys make your food. You guys are the cooks. That's not how reviews are made. Huge red flag at this place.
