So, my friend and I wento to this pizza pizza after work It's midnight, actually it's the second time. The first visit it was okay not too good not too bad. But last night, it was an indian lady who was with her airpods and not even friendly when she take order, and a grumpy face she's a petite. Even the guy who is with her, it's a bad customer service, you should not work like that if you are not good in customer service, I've been in this pizza pizza many times already but during the day. And I haven't experience this kind how they treat the customers grumpy face and always on her airpods! Very poor customer service both of them. They are both indian.?
Service was pretty slow for a small burger. February 22/24- I came into this pizza pizza not expecting a lot but was pretty disappointed cause service was slower than average, note there wasn’t anyone when I came in, and the burger they gave me was really mid. I came in alone today and thankfully so I didn’t have to drag anyone through the mud. But lighting was alright cause it was near the afternoon.

We ordered 20 chicken wings ,it was over fried and burned. It’s not our first time that we had such issue with this location, it happened before as well. We continue to order as it’s close to our home .Despite our request at cash counter to a girl with glasses that to not to overcook . She still didn’t pay attention to our kind request.The packing was awful as well the representative just shoved the food into the box and staff was busy talking amongst each other and was not attentive to service.It’s sad that we pay huge price for such food and service. No issues at Rexdale-Kipling location, I think I will switch back to them and would prefer to drive for good food, if only my family prefer to eat again from pizza pizza .We don’t believe in wasting food so am eating anyway , just like last time but Please advise this location to be considerate towards customer servicing.
