Called in for a large Toni Roni pizza, three garlic dips, one ranch. Wait 20 mins come to get it. Buddy says 2 garlic dips in the fridge which I corrected and said I ordered 4 dips total. I get the dips go to put them in the box and it's a Hawaiian pizza.... I told them I didn't order that after a lengthy debate they reluctantly made me the correct order. I'm sorry but if you staff misshears Toni Roni for Hawaiian pizza and work at pizza store there's clearly a language barrier... Not to mention instead of arguing with the customer maybe apologize for the mistake and make the right order...Terrible customer service. Won't be back and have been a frequent customer since moving here a year ago but will no longer be one.

This place is great when you’re grabbing a late dinner. They usually will have a variety of slices to choose from. I just wish they’d heat the slices up a bit longer. Also asking for a tip on the machine is a bit annoying, I realize everywhere does this now.The medium size pepperoni carry out is also a great deal.Service and food is always good and the location is very convenient.

Worst customer service in Canada, the parking lot is always full outside, you should waste a lot of time to find a right spot. Won't recommend it to everybody. you don't need to waste valuable time in life to find a right parking and then eat the just so-so pizza.

Good enough for quick pizza take out! Decent service, although the staff can treat each other better! I witnessed a young boy be yelled at pretty bad by the lady in charge, she was definitely his boss but the interaction was very rude and condescending.

The pizza was undercooked, had to recook once I got back and reheat even though I’m only 5 mins walk away. I’d recommend asking them to cook the pizza well done. The only positive was toppings were fresh.

Update May 26: went back today, pizza was still not put in the oven long enough. Was cold after my 2 minutes walk back to my desk (Pizza Pizza is normally still hot when I get back) and my Sofia slice had black olives in it for some reasonI like this spot for the most part - everyone seems friendly, and service is pretty good. Good selection of drinks, I like the outdoor seating, and they're always quick to take an order.Pizza is great overall, but the employees don't put the slice in the oven long enough. I've gotten a few slices now that aren't even warm, which is a shame because the pizza itself it great!

They advertise a medium pepperoni pizza for $10.99 but if you order a medium cheese pizza you pay $13.99 and they charge you extra for asking a little more pizza sauce!How do you explain that? No other pizza brand does that. I really wanted to try them out but not when I feel ripped off.Ps. I don't think it's the locations fault but they should certainly let their franchisor know

UPDATE: Decided to give this location another chance and my second experience was worse than the first. Same unhelpful woman on the phone can't tell me where my order is, or why it's been over an hour long. I've been waiting in my lobby for half an hour for my order to be delivered. I ordered over an hour ago. She is telling me there is no way to contact the delivery driver and there is nothing she can do, but she can tell him to give me free dipping sauces? How does that work. Honestly avoid this place. There are better options with better customer service.They clearly are not running efficiently. I would LOVE to be contacted by the owner to fix this, or process a full refund for my $50 order that is nowhere to be found.The pizza is okay, nothing to write home about. The customer service is seriously lacking. Should have read other reviews before ordering.Ordered delivery and didn't hear anything for about 50 minutes. Turns out my driver left the pizza in the lobby of my building - which is fine, but he did not call or text to communicate that. Delivery to apartments is tricky and I don't always expect someone to come up to my unit, but I do get a call to go down to the lobby to meet the person usually.I had to find out where my pizza was after calling the location and who knows how long my pizza was just sitting in the lobby? Over the phone I was told it was sitting for 3 minutes. Not sure how that is possible. Did the delivery driver arrive back to the store after delivery within 3 minutes? Not likely. I wasn't met with any sort of accountability or apology. A simple, "Sorry about that" would have been appreciated.

We ordered a pizza yesterday which costs about $63 for Christmas Eve. We ordered it at 6:30 P.M and make the delivery time 10:00 to 11:00 P.M but till today at 1:00 A.M (December 25, 2022) it never came. We asked for a request to see what is going on but got nothing. We also contacted the place (we contacted the place before it closed) we get it, it's Christmas Eve. It might be busy but at least give us an update or call that you won't be able to deliver and we'll just cancel our order. We paid through ubereats and it keeps saying that it's arriving soon between 11:15 to 11:35 P.M but it never came, we also came down to the first floor or lobby just incase but we got nothing. Not even the app has an update saying someone has our order, it doesn't say who got our order or who's bringing it to our house. We choose the delivery to be at our door but no one came until now. I hope you guys get better at this. (This is my experience.)
