Great sandwiches!

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich from this place and in the pictures it looked really good, but while the lady was making it I started to regret my decision. The sandwich I received was so over priced and so tiny for the cost. They didn't even have any of the bread available in the original sandwich and made it out of some random other bread you can buy at Costco pack of like 20 for 5$. Then as she was making the sandwich she dropped the ingredients onto the dirty table multiple times and put it back into my sandwich. I'm never ever coming back here again! Not to mention the lady barely spoke any English and didn't understand me 90% of the time. Way too over priced for a sandwich the size. I'm so mad.

Disappointed... Now I need to find a new lunch spot.

If I can give ZERO, I would. This place was good for the first 6 months when in opened in 2017... Then, the price just went up and portioning becomes smaller, and smaller. I stopped coming here, and went for the first time in a few months today. I think there's new ownership, but customer service plummeted, and even more greedy with portions become more puny. Pathetic! I hope they closed.

Lots of good stuff on the menu, but not so much in stock.

No rye bread for smoked meat sandwich?!! Not the Pumpernickels I'm used to downtown. Try elsewhere.

WORST location.

For the longest time, I have enjoyed the salads at Pumpernickel's. However, nowadays, no matter which location I go to, I find that the portions have gone down. You can't never have too much of a salad, specially a good combination of greens and protein. Why is it that you have increased the price of the salads and reduce the size of the portions? It doesn't make sense from a business perspective, as you will start loosing customers. I figure that if you are going to increase prices to make up for the increase in cost of raw materials and inflation, you would at least keep the portions the same size. It seems it all amounts to greed. I definitely speak against these kind of practices. I think it's a shameful opportunistic practice. Be good to your customers and don't rest on your laurels.

Great food and healthy options but they havrnyh figured out breakfast yet. Half the time they run out of bagels or other items which is disappointing.
