Truly an exceptional service and presentation. The food was delivered on time, it was setup elegantly by a Shamyat Staff with all necessary utensils. There are a few, fundamentally flawed business practices with this caterer:1) The food quality is mediocre for the listed prices (I have tried the food for a takeout during Ramadan 2023), yet the caterer claims that he uses fresh, high-quality ingredients. Please bear in mind that I have witnessed food being microwaved at the store.2) For event catering (i.e. catering orders over $10,000), he does not produce and sign contracts with his customers, yet he requires a 50% deposit in cash. This doesn’t make any sense from a customer’s perspective or even from a business standpoint.3) I have encountered instances where it appeared to me that this caterer is selling different quality of the same product (e.g. Arabic ice cream) depending on the race/nationality of the customer. This is probably the worst, and most corrupt, practice by this caterer.
