Love this location for the staff. They always greet you with a smile and a hello. They get to know your order and that gives a very welcoming feeling.Downside - because they closed the Grenview location on Bloor St, this location (Thompson) can get very very busy and parking is not good at all. It can be very hectic finding a spot and long wait times. While school is in, the lunch hour (11:30am -1pm.approx) and end of school day (2:30pm -3:30pm) fills with high-school students. Very packed. Beware of not paying the parking meter. I ran in to grab a coffee and came out to a $30 parking ticket. They ticket often.Starbucks should consider re opening the old Grenview location or another one close by again.

Excellent service, very welcoming. The place was dirty and messy EXCEPT for the washroom. One of the cleanest looking and smelling Starbucks washrooms I'd ever seen. Kudos.

Understaffed and slow!!!!I’ve been meaning to write a review for this location for a while now but I always let it go. But today was the cherry on the cake. I ordered online and paid for a Pumpkim spice and got a cup of milk. $7 for a cup of milk that went to waste. Literally milk, looks like the person who made it forgot to add the PSL sirup and the coffee to my latte. Thank you Starbucks.Also watch out for parking, because its starbucks you would assume its free parking but its not. I parked there once to grab my coffee and got a ticket.If you ordered your drink at this location, make sure you try it first before leaving the store. I keep insisting on picking up drinks at this location because its on my way but its 50/50 disappointment.I always order online from home ahead of the time, so I can just stop and grab it. But 90% the time I get to the location and the drink isnt ready yet. A lot but a lot to improve on.

This Starbucks consistently doesn’t fill the cup to the top. I never ask for light ice so I expect to get a drink that is not shorted. Just a bit annoying and I hate asking them to top it up.
