This Starbucks location is fantastic. The baristas are friendly and efficient. Compared to other locations, I find the service quick and consistent. Depending on which direction you come in from, it can be challenging/ risky to turn in.

Ordered a caramel macchiato, drink was served with a healthy dose of caramel on the side of the cup. Politely asked the employee if the caramel could be cleaned, while at the same time trying to take the sleeve off to help the employee. The employee got very rude and barked at me to put the cup down. Not impressed, I do not appreciate being barked at by Starbucks employees. Will not be coming to this location again. Do not recommend.

Honestly, I use to come here all the time but there is one barista that just ruins it for me and my partner. Super obnoxious, i've witness him yet at customers as me questions with such a tone where its almost intimidating, I've witness this person belittle staff members around him in front of regular customers like myself. I'm so appalled a starbuck company would allow such behaviour to happen under their brand. This one particular barista has not only made me literally go to other starbucks but has really turned me off at this location as I really try to go out of my way to avoid it and I really shouldn't have to knowing its him and not me. Short caucasian fella with glasses so aggressive for no reason. I've never encountered any issues with any other staff members but HIM. Horrible and disgraceful. Totally understand people need jobs but if cant control swearing and banging items in front of customers and belittling staff he shouldn't be working there. I'm so sorry to the staff that has to endure his poor behaviour as they are of course all younger than him. I've complained via telephone line and no one has gotten back to me since. *Sigh*

This Starbucks location has a great vibe. No drive-through but there is ample parking. My order was slightly wrong but still tasted fine.
