The baristas were nice but not 100% knowledgeable about the coffee they were brewing and the cappuccino had to be the worst I’ve ever had. The store is relatively new but it is just the opposite of cozy, feels like an empty field with unappealing places to sit. And come on, stop with the Covid policies, its been 4 years, its time to place back the condiment cart so I don’t have to ask the barista for napkins, sugar, stir stick…. The double cond cart is now at the end of the counter, useless and ugly, with the silliest little bookshelf for what? So customers can grab a book and put it back? How does that make sense with your policy of not having a functioning condiment cart because you don’t want customers “touching” common stuff? If Sbux decide to not use their chilled wall any more, then take it out, it just looks sad to have it covered up. Sbux is contradictory and inconsistent, and definitely not worth the money any longer. It has stopped being that 3rd place, honestly the new Tims look much better

WORST PLACE TO HAVE COFFE, ORDERED COFFEE, that got amost half empty. Have some dignity before you server. Pay full n get less.. It's not the frist time. ?????

when a customer asks for 5 sugar, it means 5 sugar. Why put 2 packs of tea in a medium glass, I’m not in prison to drink chifir.

I usually get fabulous customer service at each and every Starbucks I go to, especially because I’m extremely polite anywhere I go. However, this morning myself and some friends went to grab coffee and some breakfast before a long drive and there was a barista named Ollie (this is what their name tag said) who was completely dismissive and rude. First, they place our hot items on the counter and my friend goes to grab them and thanks Ollie. They then turn to my friend with an attitude and ask “Why don’t you just wait until I put your whole order on the counter?!?!” — my friend, confused as to why she’s being interrogated for grabbing items she paid for said “Um.. because it’s ours?” And he simply turned away and dismissed her. Then we were given the wrong size drink and my other friend went up to ask for it to be made in the correct size, with all the please and thank yous— still being polite and giving this individual the benefit of the doubt. They then inspect the label on the coffee and turn away wordlessly to (we assume) make the coffee in the correct size. At this point, they decide to start talking about us to their coworker to which their coworker replies “you can do it!” as if we did something wrong… the whole time I felt like I was in a twilight zone. I work in Customer Care and deal with health, safety and legal complaints on a daily basis, many of which involve people who are highly frustrated, stressed etc and I have never felt the need to treat customers in such a way. I know we all have bad days, so I’m hoping that’s what this was. However, the interaction stuck with me enough that I felt the need to write this review.If you look at my reviews you will see I am not a complainer AT ALL. But I refuse to sit back and be mistreated by someone for absolutely no reason.

OMG, this place is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been too, I wish I could have got my baristas name he was the best, unlike others baristas he was actually interested in making conversations with costumers and providing excellent service!
