Visited yesterday pratham was very generous and patient and helped me with the sub exactly i wanted and treated me very politely and he made sure to change gloves for my vegetarian sub.

Been going to this location for years now but today was the worst experience of all. The lady working at night time doesn’t have any etiquettes and knows close to nothing about customer service. Too rude & arrogant!Secondly, she charged me for 2 separate six inches subs instead of 1 ft long and says we do it this way only when all other stores offer it. (Although have been offered that on my previous 40-50 visits by different employees) Better to spend money at other locations where they offer better service ?Never coming back again!
