Ridiculous customer service. Never going back to this place. The girl who calls herself Adheera, literally denied to grill our subs. When we asked the reason she said it has too many sauces to grill. Then we asked her to grill the sub that had only three lines of sauces but she said she can’t because it’s cut in half. She was just finding reasons to not serve us grilled subs because she probably didn’t want to clean the griller.

How to lose customer in one interaction?I visit this subway store quite often and it's close to my college. Service has been always exemplary. However to my surprise this time when I visited the store I requested for veggie sub with an egg and employee prepared veggie sub. While i requested, I guess order taker missed that I asked for a subway with an egg. I understand communication barrier. So i requested to add egg once again. Egg was available. Because order taker was ready to add egg. However senior staff interrupted, and told me he can't add egg and can't fulfill my request. I requested him that I prefer Subway with an egg. However he denied my request. I was surprised because I didn't understand what went wrong. And why a staff was not ready to serve me what I want at subway when it's available. After all I wasn't asking anything for free. And I specifically requested prior for what i wanted. But manager and senior staff decided not to serve me and denied to serve me subway in a insulting way. It was so insulting for me especially being a loyal subway customer, that manager and senior employee were not willing to fulfill request at subway where people come so they can customize food as per their requirement. Instead I was turned down and it was so embarrassing that I had to leave the store. I told them that it was unfair and they are being rude to me. I was surprised instead of resolving issue that they caused due to lack of attention, was totally ignored and denied to even resolve. I was really Transfixed how a manager and senior employee at the store were taking things into their hands. And were not willing to serve a customer who is willing to buy and not ready to resolve issue and meet his request. I am health conscious and I prefer to eat subway because it has fresh veggies and it's right next to my gym. So I walked up to another subway and had subway where eggs were out of stock which wasted my one hour. But I don't think in future i will prefer to eat at subway, after experiencing such a pathetic customer service and poor treatment. This is how rude employees ruin your customers loyalty. And the reason why I could write so much is because I was really annoyed how can brands like subway would not teach customer service to their management. Anyways if you have read this far and are part of subway management, thank you for listening to me at least at the end. I just wanted to communicate my experience to you.

Took way too much time on a single sandwich. Forgot to cut the foot long. When they finished making the sandwich, they went on to another customer rather than finishing the purchase. Maybe it’s how they were trained but they took an a unnecessarily long time.

The "sandwich artist" must be named Picasso. The most disproportionately made, chaotic sub I've seen in a while. It was so sloppy and all over the place she had to stab it about 10 times with the knife to squish it all in. I made subs throughout my teen years, it's really not that complicated but good service starts from management.

This place deserves reviews in minus , the lady is super rude and does not put the proportions correctly , Never coming to this place again . Worst customer service and also she was talking rudely to her employee I felt so sorry for the girl working under the Asian lady . It is a shame for the brand name subway that some branches have these kinds of rude people working there
