The chinese guy working at front was so rude and first he has not attended me for 10 minutes. Negative environment at store made me felt like he is being racist with me. Chair and tables were also placed here and there.

Poor service, never answered phone. Order been cancelled on me after 45 minutes without any notification and supposed to refund my money in 7 days. It’s passed 7 days but not refunded . And no one to contact. Because store never picks up the phone.

Just saw the employee James leave the store and tell me he's on break 10mins before close. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I will be reporting this to corporate head office in Oakville.I use to work for your company many years ago as a teenager. We were always taught to never tell a customer you can't serve them. Especially 10mins before close. James is the Asian employee and small in stature. Thank you very much.

Horrible service... For the second time I ordered a cookie in this location and again it was stale it tasted old it was absolutely horrible and very disappointing especially for the cost. Definitely stale cookies at this location!!!

Big fan of Subway. But washrooms are always "closed" or "broken" at this location. Restaurants are required to have a bathroom available to public at all times in accordance with Ontario Building Code. Doesn't take that long to fix a toilet!
