The worst and the most horrible experience I have ever had!! We ordered BOGO subs for pickup and I'll tell you the exact words that the white lady said "Are you insane? Who puts so many sauces? Did you not try to order from other store? I'll be embarrassed if I order these many things. Next time ask whoever ordered this not to add these many things. It's not free money". I was left so humiliated and embarrassed!! Who the hell is she to tell us what to order and what not!! I seriously wish I have had read the reviews earlier and then ordered!

Went there to get the BOGO deal asked some questions the lady got pissed off for no reason will not recommend to go to the racist subway centre she said may be i will not serve you at all asking some questions about the order is not a bad thing but the way she behaved was not good at all. The owner definitely should change the white lady ( not in racist way) who works here dont have any respect for customers at all.

Had very horrible experience over here. Went there twice the white lady over here is way very rude she doesn’t know how to treat customers and how to make a proper sub with instructions. Staff over here don’t wear hair nets as well and they use same gloves for vegetarian's as well for non- vegetarian’s . I wish I can file a complaint for this.

So slow service just got my pickup order after 1 hour and lady was so rude . and what ever i order she didn’t made that I need my refund .i was trying to cancel the order first but couldn’t get any help . And she made a wrong order. I guess she need help or more training .

I ordered on the subway app a foot-long Supremo sub, for my sister for her school lunch. I specifically wrote down what toppings. I wrote in CAPS DO NOT PUT TOMATOES & PICKLES IN THE SUB AS MY SISTER HAS ALLERGIES! They didn’t even bother looking at what the toppings were. They put whatever comes with the sub, my sister opened the sub to make sure there were no tomatoes or pickles in it..and guess what there was! My sister could have had a severe allergic reaction if she ate that. I rate them 1 star on the app and they had the audacity to call me on my cell to ask what was wrong and how can we improve to make it better? I was so angry I just hanged up. I’m never coming back or ordering from this location again!

My wife and I had an extremely horrible experience at this subway. The lady working there doesn't know how to treat customers. She was really rude and provided disgusting service. Firstly, she refuses to apply online promo code to in-store orders while there is an option in the subway app that provides QR code for in-store purchases. So we had no choice but to place an order online sitting at the restaurant. There were two other customers in the restaurant but our order went through first. After receiving the order, she confirms if it was our order and then humiliated us in front of the other customers repeatedly asking rudely and loudly if we wanted this many toppings and sauces on our sub. And after that she served other customers first. One customer was kind enough to consider that our order went in first and told that lady to serve us ahead of him. She argued with him that he came first and she'll make his order first but that gentleman stood firm and told her to make ours first. After that, while making our sub, she was making frustrated faces and whispering 'oh god' loud enough to make us hear that and feel more humiliated in front of other customers. After receiving our food, we wanted to dine-in but we were so embarrassed by her behavior that we decided to eat it in our car instead. We were paying money for that food, not getting it for free. No one deserves to be treated like this. We are so disappointed and will never go to this place again.

There was no veg patty available, no cheddar cheese nor crispy onion. The lady named Gurdeep doing my sub was extremely rude. As a hospitality student I know that you can never call the customer to talk to you, you go to talk to the customer. The washroom was out of service, if the washroom is out of service why do you even have one. And which subway doesn't give transparent glasses for water. I've many friends working in subway who offer glass for water. Either the management is at fault or this lady (Gurdeep) who was extremely rude is at fault.
