I just went for a take out, picked from the driveway. The bean burrito was leaky. I went inside got replacement. Drove and guess what? My kid showed it and it was leaky again! I never condemn people working in the food industry but this was pathetic! Cherry on the top was my seven layer burrito which was same size as the bean burrito and the only extra layer it had was lettuce!! I am never coming here again! Stay away!!! Taco Bell must do something about this pathetic location

Wanted me to wait 48+ min for my door dash order. Could not cancel order as they claim they were preparing it. All lies. Had to call DoorDash customer support to cancel order. Restaurant was in total chaos. Staff was yelling at customers. The entire staff needs to be let go and replaced. Avoid at all costs.

I would always love to give a positive review to all restaurants. However, this is not the case. We and other patrons waited for nearly 10 min in line to place our order. The cashier was helping the backend prepare the orders while we waited to place our order. I had a coupon for a meal which they did not accept. I asked the cashier what other specials they could offer. He really didn't know much. I asked for a cup of water. He said there would be a charge for that. My taco shells were broken as well. Furthermore, the restaurant was dirty. The tables were not cleaned. I'm not impressed with this location.

Service was absolutely horrible. Staff spent more time talking and socializing with each other. When we got home they forgot to pack an item. We paid money for stupidity tonight. One of our hard tacos was actually soggy and stale as if it were sitting for a while. Thanks for wrecking the start to our weekend. Never been so upset and disgusted with service, the food and this taco bell should be ashamed for actually serving food and being open. If I could rate zero I would. Absolute garbage. Wouldn't recommend this location even for stray dogs.

I have to give it 2 stars not because the food is ok sometimes just the service is bad. The issue is they are so disorganized. The orders take so long and twice now not correct. They spend a lot of time chatting/arguing.Update: Thought I try it today, waited in the drive thru for 10-12 min no response. when I went to the window someone finally came a bit later and they asked I drive around again so they can take my order...... Seriously I am at the window.Stay away from this place it's horrible
Just got my food this evening and watched an employee eat fries with her mouth open while filling our drinks with bare hands and no hair mask. She also didn’t speak one word to us when she handed over our food and drinks. We proceeded to ask for a sauce and she continued to not speak.Our fries were upside down and food was not complete wrapped and leakingDon’t think we will return :) (Drive Thru 730pm Saturday Feb 24th)

Went to KFC craving a sandwich, and I was really looking forward to that extra mayo I paid for. But guess what? No mayo on my sandwich! I had to ask the staff, and they just handed me some on the side. Seriously disappointing. No wonder this place's ratings aren't great compared to others. Couldn’t get a simple order right!!The only thing good about the place it was clean.
