I love The Loop. It is my favourite place to get ice cream when I'm in Etobicoke.

They make the most fantastic custard ice cream!! After trying their london fog, i cant stop thinking and telling others to visit this shop!If you are hungry, the burgers shop is also delicious!!!!

Inside a burger place, makes you not even want ice cream anymore. Lots of flys. Ice cream was okay. Nothing special. Would have been happier going to baskin robins

Visited here for the first time and the server, named Cass, here is super super energetic and fun. She was super good and had a huge smile on her face with full of energy. I definitely recommend this place. Go and check it out❤️❤️

The server was great. We tried two flavors, earl grey and strawberry and liked the tea flavor better actually.

Super thick milkshakes in a variety of flavors. Reasonably priced. My only negative is the cardboard straw - always get soggy half way through..

I ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream and it had NO flavour what so ever! Save your money and don’t bother having their ice cream. You’re better off having a McDonald’s sundae.

We stopped in for some post museum ice cream for the kids and a couple of craft beers for the adults. They share the location with Woody's Burgers so it's an awesome spot to hit for burgers, beer, and desserts! The service is super friendly and helpful while the atmosphere is cozy fast foodish with limited seating. They had 12 different types of ice cream that all looked delicious. My kids went with the Cookie Monster and Peanut Butter Chocolate. The beer selection was all craft and included a nice mix of lagers and IPAs. Can't wait to come back and try the burgers in a addition to the ice cream.

We were pretty disappointed. They have a very interesting flavor selection with some favorites of ours but the quality is not up to par. We ordered mint chocolate chip which was good and peanut butter chocolate chip - the flavor was ok but the quality horrible, completely crystallized, as if it was old ice cream that had thawed and was refrozen or had been sitting in the back of a freezer for a while. We were so excited to try the ice cream but won’t be coming back as it’s just not worth it…

I was very disappointed with the flavour of this ice cream. They have a very interesting selection of unique, seemingly artisan flavour combinations, but the execution is tragically poor. My husband had the chocolate peanut butter, which he described as "cold and waxy" with little to no chocolate or peanut butter flavour. I tried the playful Cookie Monster variety, which was bland and underwhelming. The best part of our experience here was my husband's waffle cone and the run-of-the mill sprinkles on top of my ice cream. Definitely not worth the $15+ we paid for 2 single scoops. We literally threw out 3/4 of our desserts and left to find a Baskin Robbins. We bonded with a couple of strangers outside of the restaurant who also agreed with this evaluation and expressed their disappointment in their not-so-cheap, not-so-sweet treats. Nice idea, very poor execution. I'm sad to have to leave a review like this, because I am always looking to support local small businesses. We sadly won't be coming back to The Loop Creamery.

The Loop is one of my favourite local ice cream shops. The flavours are so unique, delicious, and not too sweet! You can tell a lot of love has been put into the creation and making of the ice cream. The staff are also very friendly and kind!Make sure to order the cookie monster or the earl grey lavender!

Since the Loop has undergone new ownership it has gone downhill. The portion size was ridiculously small. Paid $5 for a single cup and but could’ve gotten double the amount and better tasting ice cream elsewhere for that price. Will not be going back.

I used to like this place but now they are under one place with Woodys and and it’s far from ideal. You have to get in the same line so expect to be very smelly from all the burgers and grease. The ice cream is not as good to make this worth it.
