It took a lot of time for me to get a drink. There were 2 counters and one was not working. One which was working was busy giving every customer there order which was causing a lot of delay. Most of the staff was serving the drive through customers. Many customers inside the shop were waiting for longer time.Also, there were 2 kiosk which were not able to scan the QR for payment through app which caused these long lines.
It’s a busy location and the drive through always has a queue. I needed a coffee and decided to park and get it from inside. The seating area was full, being a Saturday night. My order was quickly prepared and I was out in less than 5 minutes.The staff was busy but I was greeted quickly and my order was taken and promptly prepared.Parking: The place has plenty of parking and I didn’t have any issues getting a parking spot.
