This location is awful, awful, awful… I have never experienced anything like this… employees are rude, no professionalism, they get the order wrong, all mixed up then in turn say to me read your order on the screen. They are the ones taking my order and I have to check it and even if I check it it’s wrong this is why I’m telling you at the window. They speak over you when you’re ordering repeating every single thing I want but it seems like they are not grasping it and when they do that they are not getting it right. I think all they are worried about is the timer they are on to get as many customers in and out but not realizing all the errors for rushing but most of all they are NOT making the customer service to the priority. It’s terrible service!OWNER…copy and pasting a response isn’t a response. I’ve done what you suggested many times and with no difference. No changes. Still all the same.

I ordered coffee and donuts this morning and unfortunately had issues with both food and service. Order taker was rushing my order as I was discussing the order with others in my car. No big issue but staff needs to work on communication. In my coffee I found the empty sweetener packet at the bottom of the cup which is really disgusting and unhygienic so staff definitely needs better training. (Attaching picture for proof). In my Boston cream donut there was no cream which I’m not sure is specific to location or defective product but really disappointing.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Asked for a dozen croissants. They said they didn’t have that many. I look down into the display and they had about 8. Asked if I could have those and they said no you can’t have that many. Isn’t the whole point of having food on display to sell it??? Worst Tim Hortons location I’ve been to.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in Toronto. I waited 20 mins for a toasted bagel only to get it not toasted for the second time this week. They service the drive through and leave one person to service all the walk ups. Non sense!Well today I have it another try jan26. I ordered an extra toasted cream cheese bagel, it’s toasted but where’s the cream cheese. What is wrong with this place, it’s awful!!!!!I called your 888 number, I’m not sitting on the phone waiting listening to terrible music to say what I’m saying here.

Walked in last week to order 2 medium regular coffees and 1 medium coffee with just milk. The staff handed me only 1 coffee, when I told them I ordered 3, they gave me two more. I asked which one was the milk only coffee, so she wrote an M on one of the lids. No tray was offered so I had to ask for one. Drove to my destination 10 minutes away only to discover all 3 coffees were absolutely stone cold, and all with milk and sugar.I filed a complaint with Tim Hortons online and finally heard back today that they can't assist me and I need to resolve this in-store.Absolutely horrible location, avoid!

I like Tims coffee, because its cheaper and overall easier to get without getting out from your car. This should not effect the quality. Mouldy tasting English muffin breakfast sandwiches is compaint. No one answers the phone, and the service provider wanted me get of my car and go to the front of store and complain.
