The staff here seem to be on a work to rule campaign, some not all are so nonchalant and disinterested in their work or in serving customersAnd the customers here are pretty nice people and very benignMostly elderly polite peopleNot the aggressive entitled punks you'll find at a StarbucksThe employees here should be grateful for those circumstancesBut I guess like everyone under age 35, somebody owes them somethingPS , Barb back about a decade ago was the absolute best employee they ever had

The staff are always lovely. Even offered to pick up my cane for me when I dropped it. There is limited seating available. There is usually a line but it moves through quickly so you don't wait long at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Mall doors were all operational and where you order is an open area. The seating area would be fine for using a cane or Walker, you could possibly sit around the edges of the seating with a bigger electric wheelchair. There is seating further into the mall that would be accessible as well.

Major management issues at this location. There are 6 people running around behind the counter and the line is getting longer…. When I asked if there’s anyone who might be able to help me, a staff member said your can use the mobile app? How would that help if they are having difficulty doing their job?

Very disaapointed with Staff & Mgmt.If i buy somebody a donut the change is theirs NOT STAFF.Supported this store for years...Been very generous..as all T.H. staff everywhere works hard..But BANNING a mall employee????POOR MANAGEMENT.NOT customer oriented.Will no longer support

Staff gave me attitude when they failed to understand a simple sandwich order. Last week they forgot the bacon in my bacon club. Don't bother coming here.
