A lady messed up on what I ordered when I asked for the walnut crunch, she gave me a dutchie so when I told her, she proceeds to let out a snob "ugh" with an annoyed face and roll on her eyes while talking to her co workers in another language, probably bad-mouthing judging from her body language. I did get my walnut crunch but this is horrible service. This happen around 6:25 pm Jan 11.

Small Tim Hortons located in shell gas station. Their staff are nice , kind and helpful . Their menu is full as well as the other Tim Hortons. Their food is fresh and hot. Only problem I noticed is the parking space which is very limited because it share with Shell gas station store . Overall I recommend this Tim Hortons.

Very horrible staff. Very horrible service. I ordered a chicken wrap and wasn’t told I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken wrap. The person 3 lines behind me got a chicken wrap but I didn’t. They completely forgot about my order and shunned my requests. Very disrespectful. When they finally realized they were due to give me a chicken wrap 20 minutes later. It was made in a rush and horribly made. The person making it did not use gloves and made it on an unclean surface
